The Sloughhouse Resource Conservation District (SRCD or District) in Sacramento County, is releasing three Request for Proposals (RFP) for contractors to assist with delivery of the Cosumnes Stream Gage Project (Project) that is being carried out by SRCD with funding from the Department of Water Resources (DWR). The Project involves installation of 7 stream gages in Sacramento & Amador Counties and SRCD plans to contract with professionals to help deliver the Project on time and within budget.
The three RFPs that SRCD is releasing are for: (1) engineering services; (2) environmental services; and (3) technical services. The links to each of these RFPs are provided below:

Question Submission Deadline: June 23, 2025, 5:00 PM, Via Email
Answers to Questions: June 27, 2025, 5:00 PM, District Website
Proposal Submission Deadline: July 1, 2025, 5:00 PM, Via Email
Interviews (if needed): July 14, 2025, TBD, TBD
Anticipated Award Notification: July 15, 2025, 4:00 PM, District Office
To successfully submit a Proposal, they can be mailed, faxed, emailed, or hand delivered, to be received by the District on or before the date and time identified above. Bids are due by 7/1/2025 at 5:00 pm (PST). Late submissions will not be considered.

The Cosumnes Groundwater Authority (CGA) is seeking professional services from a qualified individual or firm to provide high-level administrative, coordination, and outreach support services.
The selected individual or firm will support the implementation of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA), serve as Executive Director of the CGA, and fulfill critical operational responsibilities to ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance. This is an independent contractor position. Submittals will be reviewed on a rolling basis until a candidate is selected. CGA intends to fill this position as soon as possible.
Applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on June 30th, 2025.
Program Administrator and Professional Support Services Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
Interested individuals or firms should submit a qualifications package that includes:
- Cover Letter outlining interest and relevant experience.
- Resumes of key personnel proposed
- Company Profile (if applicable)
- List of Recent Relevant Projects (within the last 5 years).
- Three Professional References.
- Proposed Hourly Rate(s) and fee structure.
Qualification Submittals must be sent electronically by 5pm, June 30, 2025, as a single PDF file to Rick Ferreira, Cosumnes Groundwater Authority Vice Chair at: rferriera@amadorwater.org
Submittals must include “CGA Program Administrator and Professional Support Services” in the subject line and are to be limited to no more than eight (8) pages total
About the Cosumnes Groundwater Authority: In November 2021, seven Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSAs) in the Cosumnes Subbasin formed the Cosumnes Groundwater Authority (CGA). With the responsibility of implementing the Cosumnes Subbasin Groundwater Sustainability Plan, CGA strives to be a hub of information regarding groundwater sustainability within the Cosumnes Subbasin.
