AgHiRE - Center for Land-Based Learning

AgHiRE is dedicated to empowering talented Spanish-speaking farm employees by equipping them with critical language skills, digital literacy, and leadership training, enabling them to advance into more significant roles within their organizations. Our goal is to assist employers in developing the inherent potential within their teams, ensuring each employee reaches their highest capability.
AgHiRE invites employers to enroll employees who exhibit significant potential for advancement and would benefit from professional development. AgHiRE participants must be Spanish-speaking farm employees who are English language learners and are already in front-line farm leadership roles or who show promise for promotion.
Application Process:
Please submit this application form to enroll up to three employees for the level 1 course. Because we want to offer this training to as many employers as possible, we may need to limit the number of seats per company. If you wish to enroll more than three employees, please let program staff know during our discovery call. Returning employers who wish to re-enroll their employees in our advanced level 2 course and/or enroll new employees in our level 1 course may also use this same form.
